Although, much to our regret, you have experienced otherwise, we can assure you that now as before
quality stands in first place for us, and we do everything possible to offer our customers vehicles that are
long-lasting, reliable and require low maintenance, which run trouble-free for many years. Despite all of
our efforts for consistent good quality, however, we cannot exclude any defect during the lifetime of
a vehicle. A vehicle is subject to many different conditions, and individual cases in which faults occur can
never be completely avoided.

Dear Mr. CHai, we kindly ask you for your understanding that it is always difficult for us to make a diagnosis
or provide technical advice from a distance, without checking the vehicle. Therefore, we have appointed an
official importer in each country to deal with cases such as yours, as they are better able to judge, having
specialist staff who can investigate and assess such matters on the spot.
